THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seaso, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
Your license to use the App continues until terminated. You may terminate by uninstalling and deleting all copies of the App. We may terminate your license if you breach these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
